Engineered a custom bridge to ingest data via API, sanitising and structuring it within a secure cloud-based data warehouse. All data handling conformed to sovereign-grade privacy requirements.

Developed backend logic to categorise scores and mathematically calculate individual growth metrics — the Delta. This provided instant, data-driven feedback on programme efficacy, replacing estimation with precision.

Technical Refactoring for Scale
Performed a complete refactor of the legacy codebase — moving from manual triggers to Event-Driven and Time-Based Triggers. The engine could now handle high volumes of concurrent script calls during peak assessment windows without degradation.

Configured secure OAuth2 authorisation, routing all automated communication through the government agency's secure domain. Maximum data privacy and full protocol compliance, by design.
